Taylor's Story...

“I’m two weeks post COVID (which was mild) and I am unable to stand or walk. I’m using a wheelchair and a walker. The extreme weakness in my legs began after all my symptoms went away. I spent five days in the hospital undergoing tests to figure out what was wrong. I had three MRI’s, a CT scan, and every blood test known to man. I went to physical therapy yesterday and could only walk four feet unassisted. The physical therapist said it is definitely neurological because I didn’t do well on any of the neurological exams he gave me. The doctors think it might be an autoimmune response caused by COVID but they can’t prove or disprove it. Has this happened to anyone else?”
