We know that managing multiple specialist appointments can be difficult for even the healthiest of people. Adding post COVID symptoms to the mix can make it nearly impossible for patients to coordinate multiple visits to different locations at varying times. We realized that accessibility is a significant barrier to better health outcomes- so we restructured our healthcare model to relieve some of the burden on our patients’ shoulders.
